The Progmeister is pleased to announce that as from October 2013 i will be the official North East agent for Ming Da valve amplifiers. Second only to my love of music my passion for Hi-fi and listening to music properly in the old fashioned way is something i have wanted to get involved with for a while. In particular my penchant for valve amplification and the musical nature of the better designed units. This lead me to seek out many different claims from different manufactures and experience them for myself.
There is no getting around the fact that valve amps tend to be expensive items. So many amps are either based on a generic design from mainstay manufacturers based in the far East or made to such high specifications that they become unaffordable. A company that i have found transcend such an ethos is Ming Da. Unfortunately there are only a hand full of Ming Da dealers in the UK and until now absolutely none in the North East.
I hope to be able to demonstrate just how flippin good Ming Da valve amplification is. It is my intention to arrange demonstrations in my home music room or for the serious punter in their own home with their own source componants and speakers throughout the whole of the North East.
